BISHKEK, September 1st (Xinhua) — Peng Liyuan, wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping, attended an event on Tuesday morning hosted by Aigul Japarova, wife of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, for the spouses of leaders attending the 2026 Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit. Upon her arrival at the Ala-Archa State Residence, Mme Peng was warmly welcomed.
