A delegation from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) is currently in Antananarivo to evaluate the second phase of the RN5 road development project between Vahibe and Mananara-Nord. Received yesterday by the Minister of Economy and Finance, the delegation indicated that the institution is considering a contribution of 40 million USD. The renovation of the RN5 between Vahibe and Mananara-Nord is considered essential.
