The High Constitutional Court (HCC) has given the green light to the reform of the Malagasy framework for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism. In a decision rendered on July 27, the constitutional jurisdiction declared Law No. 2026-009, which amends and supplements Law No. 2018-043 of the 13th, to be in compliance with the Constitution.
