On Monday, around 6:50 PM, during a power outage in Mangarano P/elle 11/47, an armed robbery occurred at a ‘cash point’ kiosk in Mangarano, Toamasina. Three criminals arrived and stole the cash on hand as well as funds stored in mobile accounts. The perpetrators were armed with a handgun.
