Young Malagasy director Anthony Relisa is preparing to present his second short film, the result of nearly a year of preparation.
Following “Dear Lia,” Anthony Relisa has created a new short film titled “Parachute,” which will soon be unveiled to the public. This second production from the young Malagasy director promises an original story that stands apart from conventional narratives.
The project required nearly a year of preparation. From writing and costumes to filming, every step was meticulously crafted to bring this new production to life. According to the director, Lôfo.madagasikara will also accompany the film’s journey by documenting the various stages of its creation.
Based in Antananarivo, Anthony Relisa has been building a career in the audiovisual industry since 2021, favoring an emotional and intuitive approach. As a director and producer, he has worked on documentaries, event coverage, and institutional content. Founder of Prelud Studio in 2025, he has also collaborated with several Malagasy artists, including Bolo, Raboussa, and Poety Rebely, as well as companies and institutions such as Société Générale, the Korean Embassy, Jovena, Becom, and Feedback Madagascar.
