STAR TOUR – Antsonjombe captivated

The Star Tour Tana brought the Antsonjombe Coliseum to life with concerts, entertainment, and moments of shared joy in a family-friendly atmosphere.

For three days, Antsonjombe pulsed with the rhythm of celebration. From June 19 to 21, thousands of visitors flocked to the Coliseum to participate in the Star Tour Tana 2026, transforming the site into a vast space of entertainment and conviviality.

The program appealed to audiences of all ages through a mix of concerts, performances, and family activities. Comedians Eric Fou Hehy, Barhone, and Teg added their touch of humor, while DJs Three T, Looping, and Cyemci kept the energy high throughout the event.

A series of artists took to the stage. LJO and Lion Hill kicked off the festivities on June 19, followed by Mad Max the next day. The closing performances were delivered by Nael and Stéphanie. However, the most anticipated moment was undoubtedly the return of Rossy to the stage with his full ensemble.

“A group draws its strength from its team. That is why I always go on stage with all my musicians and backing vocalists,” emphasized Rossy. Accompanied by his musicians, including Bapampa, as well as his backing vocalists Joséphine and Djarina, the artist delivered a show lasting over two hours. He revisited several of his iconic tracks, such as “Tsara tso drano” and “Mbarakaly,” while paying tribute to Gothlieb and Ramarokoto, key figures of the THB Tour, which is considered the predecessor to the Star Tour.

Cleanliness

The organization also prioritized public comfort. Sound reinforcement provided by Miritsoka, enhanced security measures, and the presence of medical teams contributed to the smooth running of the event. The cleanliness of the site was also maintained through rigorous management.

Accessible for 2,000 ariary with a complimentary Star beverage included, the event once again confirmed its purpose of bringing consumers together around Star products in a festive atmosphere.

Following this successful edition in Antananarivo, the Star Tour will continue its journey to Mahajanga in August and then to Toamasina in October.
