The Minister of the Interior and Decentralization (MID) presented the report of his ten months in office at the ‘Immeuble Patte d’Éléphant’ in Anosy. Regarding biometric enrollment, Minister Tiaray Rakotonandrasana stated that 6,949,052 Malagasy citizens aged 18 and over have been biometrically enrolled to date.
