At the International Habitat Fair, the Filatex Group is showcasing its new residential programs and business solutions.
Residences are modernizing. Visitors to the 27th edition of the International Habitat Fair, held at the Ivato International Conference Center (CCI) from October 22 to 25, can discover the latest residential innovations. The Filatex Group, the official sponsor of the event, is presenting its vision for the living and business districts of tomorrow through two residential programs, Hermès and Eden Extension, as well as its solutions for companies, One Business Platform and the Colina industrial zone.
For the group, the urbanization of Madagascar must be accompanied by an improvement in the quality of living and working spaces. “Our role is to contribute to this upgrade by offering spaces that combine comfort, aesthetics, and functionality, and by showing through example what can be expected from a developer,” emphasizes Virginie Sachot, Head of Filatex Properties.
This edition of the fair takes place in a context marked by increasing urbanization and the development of new spaces, which are reshaping the Malagasy real estate landscape. Needs remain significant, both in terms of housing and offices or business spaces. According to the Filatex Group, progress is still needed in planning, construction quality, material selection, and access to services.
Filatex Properties, created in 2012, has over 14 years of experience in real estate development in Madagascar. It claims to have been among the first to offer true modern luxury villas with new standards of comfort, aesthetics, and quality of life. The Tamarindo, Ventana, and Alhambra residences set these initial benchmarks, followed by Eden and Alhambra Gallery.
The real estate division represents nearly 100,000 m² of residential and commercial space already built, more than 190,000 m² in projects, and approximately 5,000 direct and indirect jobs. Its approach is not limited to construction. Filatex Properties relies on the strength of a group present since 1979 and contributes to the emergence of new neighborhoods, with concrete actions in urban sanitation and lighting.
