Anisha Jo will participate in “500 Voices for Johnny” in 2027, a tribute tour dedicated to Johnny Hallyday. The Malagasy singer will be one of the four soloists for the show.
After performing in front of 80,000 people at the Stade de France, Anisha Jo is preparing to reach a new milestone on major French stages by lending her voice to the repertoire of Johnny Hallyday. The Malagasy singer will join “500 Voices for Johnny” in 2027, a tribute tour organized ten years after the passing of the French rock icon.
This new adventure comes just days after a significant performance for the artist. On September 25, Anisha Jo sang at the Stade de France during the grand prayer vigil held for the visit of Pope Leo XIV. Accompanied by several choristers, she notably performed “Oh Happy Day” and “Hallelujah”.
For the winner of Star Academy 2022, this tour holds a very personal dimension. The rocker’s tracks shaped her childhood, especially when she listened to them at her aunt’s house. “I literally grew up with his music,” she confides, expressing her admiration for the idol’s voice, his “tenacity,” and his stage presence.
Revealed to the general public through the TF1 talent show, the young artist continues a balanced path between personal projects and large-scale gatherings. In 2027, she will reconnect with the French public, surrounded by hundreds of voices to bring this musical legacy to life.
“It is not just an honor to be able to sing his songs, it is above all a joy,” concludes Anisha Jo.
