The President of the National Assembly, Siteny Randrianasoloniaiko, presented 20 million Ariary on behalf of the State during a religious ceremony held by the Vahao ny Oloko Church at the Antsonjombe Coliseum on Saturday.
When asked about the relationship between the Church and the State, he reiterated the position of the President of the Refondation. “It is normal for the Church in Madagascar to pray for the nation and support the State,” he stated. He advocated for unity among denominations, adding, “We should no longer speak of sects or otherwise. All churches are churches of God.”
