One of the transfers claimed by the training club, FC Rouge, as ‘irregular’ in recent days was the departure of Tinho, who ‘discreetly’ joined the Côte d’Or club in the Seychelles last week. International transfers remain among the primary sources of revenue and return on investment for the country’s ‘elite’ clubs.
