A decisive step has been taken in improving urban sanitation in the capital. The Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (MEAH), the Urban Commune of Antananarivo, the Municipal Sanitation Company (SMA), and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) recently jointly organized the second sharing workshop dedicated to the achievements of the GESDA project.
