There is no uniform rate for the housing allowance for agents of decentralized territorial collectivities (CTD). Faced with misunderstanding and questions on this subject, the Minister of Interior and Decentralization, Hanitra Velonjara Tiaray Rakotonandrasana, provided clarifications. According to the minister, the rate to be applied for this allowance depends on the financial capacity of the municipalities.
