Positive feedback. Following the success of the free transport system for candidates during the BEPC (Brevet d’études du premier cycle) exams, Baccalaureate candidates will also benefit from this service starting this Monday. The Presidency of the Refoundation has just announced the deployment of “Foton” buses during the examination period.
According to the statement from the Presidency, these buses will be operational from July 20 to 24, 2026, for the general Baccalaureate exams, and from July 27 to 30, 2026, for the technical Baccalaureate. The implementation of this free transport system aims to ensure the safety of candidates, facilitate the smooth running of exams, and address transport challenges caused by road works in Antananarivo.
Conducted in collaboration with the Urban Commune of Antananarivo and the relevant ministries during the BEPC exams, this initiative was welcomed by city residents, particularly the parents of BEPC candidates. The buses operated from early morning until early evening. Students were able to take their exams in peace, especially given the recent context of insecurity. Once again, the President of the Refoundation encourages candidates to remain calm and confident throughout the Baccalaureate exams.
