The High Constitutional Court (HCC) rendered its decision on the 2026 Rectified Finance Law the day before yesterday, five days after the referral by the President of the Republic of Madagascar. With a total of 30,731,751,721 (in thousands of Ariary), the High Constitutional Court stated that “the amount of revenue corresponds to that of expenditures,” concluding that “the budgetary balance is thus respected.”
