The Urban Commune of Antananarivo (CUA) and UNICEF signed a multisectoral action plan yesterday aimed at strengthening child protection in the capital. The ceremony was also marked by the handover of new equipment to the Green Line 147 call center, a national mechanism for reporting violence against children.
