The initial results of the 2026 Brevet d’études du premier cycle (BEPC) reveal significant disparities between the School Districts (CISCO). Seventeen districts have already published their success rates, ranging from 40.67% to 90.95%.
As of press time, the best results were recorded in Morafenobe (90.95%), followed by Kandreho (88.76%) and Benenitra (86.55%). Other districts, such as Mandoto (77.81%), Sainte-Marie (76.39%), Iakora (75.86%), and Manjakandriana (75.49%), also reported success rates above 75%.
Conversely, some districts recorded lower success rates, notably Befotaka (40.67%) and Maintirano (41.16%). Besalampy reported a rate of 54.70%.
The publication schedule varies depending on the number of candidates in each district. Smaller districts finalize correction and processing faster, while those with larger candidate pools require more time.
In Antananarivo-Renivohitra, the computer transcription of grades begins today following the completion of correction operations. According to a source at the Ministry of National Education, results are expected to be published three to four days after this stage is completed.
