On August 22nd, Rossy will reconnect with his audience at the Palais des Sports for “Timeless,” an integral show promising an experience that meets international standards.
Providing the Malagasy public with an internationally scaled spectacle without having to leave Madagascar is the ambition of Cool Concept Events, which is partnering with Rossy once again to present “Timeless,” an exceptional concert scheduled for August 22nd at the Palais des Sports. More than just a musical gathering, the organizers are promising an immersive experience designed to leave a lasting impression on the audience.
For Cool Concept Events, this collaboration with Rossy is rooted in a shared vision. “The Malagasy people deserve shows that meet international standards. We don’t just want to entertain; we want to leave the public with unforgettable memories,” they stated. Following their previous collaboration at the Coliseum a year ago, discussions quickly led to a new project, driven by the desire to offer an even more ambitious show.
Titled “Timeless,” this concert will honor Rossy’s entire repertoire. “Why ‘Timeless’? Because my songs are timeless. They span generations and are still sung today,” explains Rossy. The audience will be able to relive all the major milestones of the singer’s career, from the beginnings of the group Rossy to his most recent tracks.
Rossy promises a full-length concert, a format highly requested by his fans. “People have asked us to play the entire repertoire. It will be an integral show, featuring both slow songs and festive tracks, from A to Z,” he emphasizes. The performance, expected to last at least four hours, will trace several decades of his career, spanning some 400 recorded songs. Young talents Djarina and Yassik will also be featured during the show.
The organizers ensure that all technical resources will be deployed to provide production quality comparable to major international concerts. Sound, lighting, stage direction, and visual effects are already being rehearsed.
“Today, we have equipment in Madagascar comparable to that used abroad. We want to take on the challenge of offering a show here that is at least equivalent to the one we had planned for the diaspora,” declares Rossy.
