Solar power is attracting investors in the energy sector. The call for expressions of interest launched by the Ministry of Energy and Hydrocarbons (MEH), as part of the ‘Solar Solution for Madagascar’ project, has resulted in the receipt of 80 bids. Among these, 64 were deemed eligible, while 16 were submitted after the deadline.
