Two women, aged 42 and 47, residing in Sambava, were arrested on October 27 by the National Police for stealing fabrics displayed for sale at the Andapa market. The first suspect was apprehended around 8:30 a.m. as she was preparing to board a vehicle to return to Sambava. New fabrics were recovered.
