The Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) has received new equipment worth 3.25 billion Ariary, donated by Japan as part of its cooperation with Madagascar. The President of the CENI, Thierry Rakotonarivo, also provided clarifications regarding the CENI’s participation in the national consultations held at the Iavoloha State Palace.
