Users of the second national road (RN2) were once again stranded yesterday. The reason is that the road has been cut off again at the exact same location as the previous incident just a week ago: in Mandraka.
Vehicles have been at a standstill since the night before last, forcing travelers who were caught off guard and unprepared to sleep in their cars. They were left without food or supplies.
