The Laboratory for Environment, Decentralization and Land Use Planning (LEDAT), affiliated with the Geography Department of the University of Antananarivo, officially released two new scientific publications on October 6, 2026: the ‘Operational Guide for Legal, Sustainable, and Decentralized Forest Exploitation in Madagascar’ and the biannual journal ‘Vaovaon’ny Kaominina’, which is intended for mayors and other local stakeholders.
