Tensions remain high in Faharetana, located in the commune of Morarano Antongona, Arivonimamo district, Itasy region. On Tuesday, October 13, members of the Fikambanana Tantsaha ao Faharetana (FITAFA) association, along with residents from the communes of Morarano Antongona, Mahereza, Ambatomirahavavy, and Imerintsiatosika, marched to the Morarano Antongona town hall to demand the departure of those occupying their lands.
