The monthly administrative support allowance of 150,000 gross ariary for the administrative and technical staff of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) and the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training (METFP) has been officially confirmed. The government ratified this measure through Decree No. 2026-2310 on October 8, 2026. With retroactive effect to July 1, 2026, it entitles eligible staff to a back payment of 450,000 ariary.
