A special broadcast for the Prime Minister. Six months after the formation of his government, Mamitiana Rajaonarison will review the actions taken by his team on the public television channel. TVM announced that the head of government will be the guest of a special program this Sunday, October 4, at 8:15 PM. In addition to the report on government actions over the past six months, he is also expected to address major issues related to national affairs, the announcement noted.
Mamitiana Rajaonarison had previously announced that he would present his report during the commemoration of the first anniversary of the events of September 25. He acknowledged at the time that the problems that triggered the protests demanding reforms last year had not yet all been resolved. However, he assured that the government would continue its efforts to provide responses to the demands expressed.
The Prime Minister also stated that it would be up to the youth and the Malagasy population to judge the results achieved by his team. Formed on March 25, 2026, the government led by Mamitiana Rajaonarison is the second to be established under the Refoundation regime. It consists of 30 members, including nine women.
