Six delegations will take part in this competition: Comoros, Reunion, Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius, and Madagascar. The Malagasy delegation, consisting of six athletes and four staff members, including the coach and judges, flew to Moroni early this morning.
Four athletes, two boys and two girls, are entered in the windsurfing slalom. Two other boys will participate in the twin-tip kitesurfing slalom. Each participating country covers the airfare for its delegation, while the host country covers local expenses, including accommodation, meals, and transportation.
