The third edition of the ‘Miatrika’ program was held at the ‘Calypso’ hotel in Toamasina. This initiative is a collaboration between the PIC (Pôles Intégrés de Croissance) and the FMFP (Fonds Malagasy de Formation Professionnelle), supported by the Atsinanana region of Madagascar, the World Bank, and the Malagasy government, covering areas from Analanjirofo to the Atsimo-Atsinanana region.
