On September 4, following a review workshop, the Environmental and Climate Civil Society Organizations (OSCEC) sent an open letter to the President of the Republic of Madagascar, as well as to the relevant institutions and ministries. Ten months after their initial appeal, they have provided a mixed assessment of the situation.
