Starting September 4, 2026, the sanctions outlined in the Municipal Hygiene Code (CMH) will be enforced by the Urban Commune of Antananarivo for any violations of the rules stipulated by the code. The awareness and information phase has concluded, and it is now time for enforcement. The penalties provided for by the Municipal Hygiene Code will henceforth be applied.
