After several difficult days, balance has returned to the Antananarivo Interconnected Network (RIA). The TAC 1 unit in Ambohimanambola, whose breakdown caused power outages last week, has finally been repaired and put back into service. The available production capacity is now sufficient to cover the network’s needs. However, users are not yet out of the woods.
