On August 27th and 28th, Antananarivo hosted the second edition of the interregional symposium on the theme “Substantive Democracy, Governance of Living Beings, and Sustainability in the Indian Ocean Islands.” Initiated by the Indian Ocean Laboratory of the Foundation for Democracy Innovation, the event brought together an impressive group of academics, researchers, and experts.
