Two men lost their lives on Tuesday, August 25, following a landslide while they were engaged in gold extraction in a mining area located in Ankafotra, in the Tsiroanomandidy district. The tragedy occurred during the day at Vavaranon’i Manambolo, in the Tsiafakantitra-Ankafotra sector, Beambiaty fokontany, in the rural commune of Antsahalava.
