A mobile phone theft committed on Sunday, August 23, 2026, around 1:30 PM at La Réunion Kely, in Ampefiloha, quickly led to the arrest of three suspects thanks to the rapid intervention of the National Police. A man had just been a victim of a theft when police officers on duty near the railway tracks were alerted.
