CINEMA – Anthony Relisa releases ‘Parachute’ in theaters

Anthony Relisa’s second short film met the general public this Saturday at Cinépax, where theaters were sold out.

‘Parachute’ has found its audience. This Saturday at Cinépax, numerous spectators gathered to discover the second short film by Anthony Relisa. Lasting about 40 minutes, the film dives into the heart of an inner struggle, that invisible battle that everyone may have to face within themselves.

Through a poetic and intentionally subtle approach, the director explores emotions that are difficult to translate into words and the personal questions that accompany this inner confrontation. The film thus invites each spectator to interpret the story based on their own feelings.

After a private screening at the Cité des Cultures, this session marks the encounter of ‘Parachute’ with the general public. The film is now available at Cinépax as well as other cinemas. Nearly a year of preparation was devoted to the project, from writing to costumes and filming. Lôfo.madagasikara also supports its journey.

After ‘Dear Lia’, Anthony Relisa continues his work in the audiovisual field. A director and producer based in Antananarivo, he has been working in documentaries, event filming, and institutional content since 2021. In 2025, he founded Prelud Studio and collaborates notably with Bolo, Raboussa, and Poety Rebely, as well as with several companies and institutions.
