The launch of the Rafitra Ifotony Fikaonan-doha (RIF), or Local Consultation Structure (SLC), of the Urban Commune of Antananarivo (CUA) took place yesterday at the City Hall in Analakely. The ceremony brought together several civil and military authorities in the presence of the Prefect of Antananarivo, Vonjy Maminjanahary Andriasy, and the President of the Malagasy Academy, Irène Rabenoro.
