Research – Twelve years of tracking: seven new frog species

A study conducted by the Natural History Museum of Denmark, in collaboration with an international team of researchers, has mapped the batrachofauna of Madagascar after twelve years of extensive work. Led by herpetologist Mark Scherz, the scientists utilized advanced DNA sequencing techniques and other methods to identify these new species.
