After many years of scarcity, the residents of several neighborhoods in the Katsepy commune, located in the Mitsinjo district, are finally seeing their daily lives transformed. Twelve public fountains supplied with potable water are now accessible to the population, thanks to a partnership between the HASENE Foundation and the AHE Mandomba (Humanitarian Action and Mutual Aid) association.
